CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We offer the following methods of payment:

Online Credit Card

Offline Credit/Debit Card with details being sent via

post, email, fax, or telephone

Cheque drawn on a UK based bank payable in sterling

MAKING A PURCHASE

Select the items to be purchased and click on the more details button then on the following page select the pack / quantity you require from the drop down list and then click on the "buy now" button. At this stage you can see the contents of your basket, review it and add or take away items. Then you can either click on the "Checkout" or the "Continue Shopping" button.

Once you have everything you require in your basket, click on the "Checkout" button. To remove an item from your basket, simply amend the quantity value and then click the "Recalculate" button. In the checkout screen, fill out all the information required and click the "Confirm" button. You will then be able to view and confirm your details and order before you enter your payment details.

After confirming your payment details you will come to the final page where you will see order confirmation and an order reference number.

You can relax and enjoy our online shopping experience, safe in the knowledge that our shop uses secure servers and is totally safe. If for any reason you can't find what you are looking for, please contact us.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not disclose customer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We may occasionally write to you with details of special promotional offers or other information that may be of interest to you.

TRANSACTIONAL INFORMATION

We will take care that all the descriptions of the products are accurate so that the buyer will know exactly what they are buying. The price displayed will include VAT at 17.5% so that you know exactly how much is being spent.

WHEN THINGS GO WRONG

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If you have a complaint we have a full on line complaints policy procedure. It is a confidential service and your complaint will be dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible.
